Continuing Education is looking to hire hourly paid professors to teach non-credited courses.

French as a Second Language - Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Levels
120 hours - Immersion Day Courses

September 30th to December 9th, 2019
Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.


40 hours - Evening Courses
September 30th to November 5th, 2019
Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

325 boul. de la Cité-des-Jeunes, Gatineau, Quebec, Canada, J8Y6T3 $45.00 per hour ($43.27 + 4% vacation) In a general way, the professor's teaching load shall include:  preparation of course outline; preparation of classes; teaching of classes; adaptation; support to students, and evaluation of students' progress.
    Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field is required OR to hold a certification or diploma related to the subject to be taught and have relevant experience.  Adult teaching experience would be considered an asset.  Fluency in French is required.

    • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrate mastery of subject matter through academic and non-academic experiences.
    • Apply theoretical concepts to daily experiences and skill requirements.
